Confident decision making
I use research as a strategic decision-making tool, not a phase. I lead pragmatic, context-led research that balances user insight with time, budget and risk - synthesising complexity into clear, actionable direction that aligns stakeholders and unblocks confident design decisions.

Mapping complexity
As a visual problem solver, I lead sense-making by mapping and visualising systems and concepts. These artefacts align teams quickly, surface hidden needs, and nudge users and stakeholders toward a shared future - turning ambiguity into clear next steps.

AI embedded workflow
I embed AI as a collaborative tool within my design workflow—not a decision-maker or replacement for craft. I use it to accelerate research, explore ideas rapidly and prototype early, creating space for stronger judgement, earlier stakeholder alignment and higher-quality outcomes. Design rigour, empathy and accountability remain human-led.
